2017 Grand Cherokee minus information center

I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The information center/radio/blue tooth/backup camera/ etc went out due to the radio. My dealer is having a very hard time getting a new radio. I have called corp about 3 times and still waiting. It has been a month! Anyone else heard of this happening on 2017 Grand Cherokee? National back order on radios? HELP
